ABOUT TARANGIRE PARK
Tarangire National Park is 2,850 sq. km (1,100 sq. mi.) in size and is located in northern Tanzania’s Manyara Region. The park’s landscape is a mix of woodland and grassland, with baobab trees dotting the savannahs. The best time to visit Tarangire is during the dry season from June to November when game viewing is exceptional. The park is open daily from 06:00 hrs. to 18:00 hrs.
